Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable, there are no
refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted
to us.
In some instances tickets can be returned on a consignment basis where
you would receive 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the
amount of your original purchase.
Since tickets are bought and sold on the open market, prices and
availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are
guaranteed, at the time the order is confirmed by PatsTicketCenter.com™. Online orders placed after 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday,
may not be processed until the next business day.
PatsTicketCenter.com™ is a licensed reseller of tickets and frequently
pays many times the original face value to obtain tickets that are in
high demand. The amount you pay above face value reflects the cost of
obtaining premium tickets.
When you receive you tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets CANNOT
be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that
direct sunlight and / or heat may damage some tickets.
If an event is cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund
less a small handling fee to cover processing charges. Any shipping
charges are NOT refundable. If an event is postponed, the tickets will
be honored for the new date of the show and / or makeup date. New
tickets will NOT be issued. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled
date, we will accept the tickets back, on a consignment basis ONLY. You
would get 100% of the resale amount up to the amount of your original
purchase. In the rare case an event is not held and / or made up,
tickets must be returned to us within 10 days for a refund.
All listed prices are in U.S. currency.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping
method chosen.
Selection of FedEx Shipping does not guarantee immediate delivery. In
some instances, the distribution of tickets dictates a ship date closer
to the event.
Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All
other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will
be made by PatsTicketCenter.com™ to group seats according to requested
quantities.
Category descriptions are general descriptions of a seating area and
actual seat locations will fall within sections as indicated on the
corresponding map. All orders are non-transferable.
Although we strive to meet and exceed our clients expectations, in rare
instances specific seating is not available. In this event, we reserve
the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If
this is not possible, you will receive an email or phone call with
alternatives.
