The Opera House is located at 539 Washington Street, in the heart of
Boston's theatre district. Opened in 1928, the venue has been host to
everything from extravagant vaudeville to a movie screen.
Recent efforts to revitalize the venue have cemented the Opera House's place
in the culture of Boston. Today the Opera House hosts hit Broadway musicals,
popular and alternative musicians, along with the occasional Opera.
